We help buyers and sellers throughout West Hawaiʻi make clear, confident real estate decisions. Some clients are buying their first home in Kona. Some are selling a longtime family property. Others are looking for a condo, acreage, equestrian property, or a place that better fits the next chapter of life.

Our job is to give you straight answers, local guidance, and steady support from start to finish. We help you understand the market, prepare for the next step, negotiate with confidence, and avoid surprises along the way.

Real estate on Hawaiʻi Island is not one-size-fits-all. Condos, agricultural land, leasehold property, lava zones, cesspools, private roads, catchment systems, insurance, financing, short-term rental rules, and association documents can all affect value, risk, and timing.

We are a husband-and-wife team based in Kailua-Kona. Our backgrounds were built around serving people: Lance in the automotive industry and Kimi in the health industry, before real estate brought those skills together.

For us, local knowledge means understanding both the property and the way someone plans to live. We work with buyers and sellers in Kona, Keauhou, the Kohala Coast, Waikoloa, Captain Cook, and across West Hawaiʻi.

Horses are part of our lives, and equestrian and agricultural properties are part of our work. We bring that practical connection to the conversations about land, water, access, and ongoing care.
