Meet Kimi.
I work with Lance as KonaHomeTeam, helping buyers and sellers across West Hawaiʻi. I joined LUVA in 2015, after a background in the health industry. My education includes zoology studies at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
Horses are a big part of my life, including cutting and reining. That experience gives me a practical perspective on equestrian and acreage properties: usable ground, fencing, access, water, maintenance, and how a property will work day to day.
Our work also includes residential homes and condos. I enjoy helping people navigate the details and find answers, from the early property questions through inspections and closing.
Lance and I work directly with our clients. Real estate is personal, and we want people to feel informed and supported throughout the process.
