I made Hawaiʻi home in 1984 and moved to Kona in 2000. I became a REALTOR® in 2004 and joined LUVA in 2012. Before real estate, I worked in the automotive industry, where clear communication and looking after people were part of the job.
Today, Kimi and I help buyers and sellers work through homes, condos, agricultural land, and equestrian properties across West Hawaiʻi. We want our clients to understand the whole picture, including the details that may not appear in a listing photo.
I served as 2025 President of Hawaiʻi REALTORS® and am its 2026 Immediate Past President. Housing, property rights, infrastructure, vacation rentals, and wastewater policy are part of the work I follow and write about.
I believe that when you have knowledge that can help people, you should share it. The journal brings together my local sales analysis, property guidance, and advocacy articles.
